I wonder if this has a literal meaning as in Imu being the one that created the Red Line or even the world itself, or was just figuratively. I’m leaning towards it being figuratively like saying the Celestial Dragons are descendants from the gods, but who knows…
Last week I was already thinking that Imu (and the beast forms of the Gorosei) is actually pitch black himself and we are not seeing a silhouette, and now Sabo refered to the “Mother Flame” as “something pitch black above the clouds”.
Could this be related to Imu’s power? Like if it was not only Vegapunk’s invention but also powered by Imu somehow. Could Imu be related to the “ancient energy” that Vegapunk is looking for? What if Mother Flame is actually Uranus modified/recreated by Vegapunk because the World Government couldn’t power it and that’s why it was never used by them before?
