A Small Detail You May Have Missed

 I found a parallel in some panels that seem interesting given the context of what is happening in both.

Here we have Chapter 289 “The Advent of Thunder” where Enel has started destroying Skypiea:

And in Chapter 1089 “Under Siege” we have the aftermath of Lulusia:

I don’t know that it means anything, but it is interesting that in both cases it seems to be the prelude to mass destruction (dropping the sky islands vs flooding the world).
