7 – BARTHOLOMEW KUMA
Bartholomew Kuma is a Shichibukai and a former member of the Revolutionary Army with a bounty of 296,000,000 Berries. He was once feared as an extremely vicious pirate, earning himself the title, “Tyrant”. He is a type of cyborg, a human weapon called a “Pacifista” developed by Vegapunk.
Kuma is one of the few people to have completely defeated the Straw Hat Pirates, and is also the only character introduced so far that has defeated the crew single-handedly, twice.
Kuma ate the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi, making him a “Paw Man”. A Paramecia-class Devil Fruit, it gave him paw pads on his palms which give him the power to “push” or deflect anything, including the air around him allowing him to not only defend himself from attacks but also to push objects at great speed. Kuma has made numerous people “vanish” by slapping them with one of his hands. It is later revealed that he pushes them away, sending them flying to another destination, which he can choose, even if the destination requires several days to reach.
Kuma’s abilities can also be used to create massively destructive attacks. This is displayed by one of his signature moves, “Ursus Shock”, essentially a bomb made of highly compressed air created by pushing the air between his hands.
6 – EDWARD WEEVIL
Edward Weevil, or “Whitebeard Jr.”, is the self-proclaimed son of “Whitebeard” Edward Newgate and one of the Shichibukai.
His powers have been praised by Kizaru who compared his abilities to that of a younger Whitebeard, his alleged father. He was able to single-handedly defeat 16 pirate crews affiliated with Whitebeard, including the A.O Pirates, without taking a single injury.
Weevil possesses the ability to use Busoshoku Haki and Kenbunshoku Haki.
5 – BOA HANCOCK
Noted as the the strongest warrior of the infamous Kuja Tribe. Hancock has immense physical strength. Her strength is supplemented with tremendous speed and agility and she has tremendous skills in hand-to-hand combat.
Boa ate the Mero Mero no Mi, a Paramecia-class Devil Fruit, that allows a range of attacks which use emotions of lust or perversion to transform opponents into stone.
She is also adept in long-range combat and is capable of using her Devil Fruit powers to strike her enemies from a long distance. With the Slave Arrow, she shot down multiple New World Pirates at once, petrifying them in the process.
Hancock is one of the very small number of people in the world who can use all three types of Haki.
She is highly skilled in Busoshoku Haki which she can combine with her kicks. She also possesses Kenbunshoku Haki and Haoshoku Haki, which she can used to knock out a weak-willed people with a massive burst.
4 – TRAFALGAR LAW
Trafalgar Law is the captain and doctor of the Heart Pirates. After he was expelled from the Shichibukai, Law’s bounty was raised to 500,000,000. Law is the user of a Devil Fruit called the Ope Ope no Mi, which allows him to create a spherical territory of light blue aura. In this territory, he is capable of separating and spatially displacing anything and everything inside (including himself), referred to as that he can “operate” on anything within the spherical “operating room”. Easily among the most versatile Devil Fruits around, with his powers, Law is capable of causing mass havoc within the area he controls. Law appears to have mastered his power to such a great extent, that he can even cut through someone who completely imbued their body in Busoshoku Haki.
Ope Ope no Mi has been called the “Ultimate Devil Fruit”. Infact it has the unique power to grant another person eternal youth in exchange for the current user’s life.
Law has also shown great proficiency in Busoshoku Haki (he also possesses the ability to use Kenbunshoku Haki).
