#8 – Urouge
Urouge, also known as Mad Monk is a pirate from a sky island and is the captain of the Fallen Monk Pirates. Urouge was strong enough to defeat one of Big Mom’s Four Sweet Commanders, who are second only to her in strength and authority amongst the elite pirate crew, although he was later defeated by another one of her Commanders, Charlotte Cracker. However despite his defeat, Urouge managed to survive and retreat. Urouge ate a currently unnamed Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to convert damage inflicted onto him into physical strength, which results in expanding muscles and enlarged body size. Using this ability, he was able to exceed a Pacifista’s body size and actually damage it with his punches, although he was still vulnerable to its lasers and a kick from Admiral Kizaru.
#7 – Killer
“Massacre Soldier” Killer is a member of the Kid Pirates. His style of fighting seems to rely mainly on agility and speed, which he uses to overpower his opponent before they can strike him, or to dodge attacks. He was capable of fighting head on with the fellow Supernova Urouge, though the latter had not increased his muscle mass. He was also capable of fighting head on with Roronoa Zoro at Wano Country.
Killer is seen wielding a pair of gauntlets equipped with scythe-like blades, which he dubs “Punishers”. The blades are capable of spinning around like buzzsaws or simply being used as hand scythes. These weapons can also be used to block other weapons, leaving the foe open for Killer to kick the enemy’s flank or other exposed areas. If spinned at enough speed, the Punishers can generate powerful soundwaves to inflict damage to its target from the inside. This, combined with the agility he has so far displayed in combat and the notion that he is not afraid to kill, makes him a formidable foe. Killer even managed to hurt Kaido with these weapons, a feat only a few people were capable of. Killer possesses the ability to use both Busoshoku and Kenbunshoku Haki.
#6 – X Drake
X Drake is the Captain of the Marine Secret Special Unit SWORD, and the captain of the Drake Pirates, who defected from his position as rear admiral to go undercover as a pirate. Drake has immense strength, he could block simultaneous blows from Urouge and Killer, fellow members of the Worst Generation, with little effort and according to Hitetsu, Drake single-handedly defeated the five samurais who guarded Amigasa Village.
X Drake possesses the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Allosaurus, an Ancient Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to transform into an allosaurus hybrid and a full allosaurus at will.
The major strength of Drake’s fruit is that it allows him to turn into an allosaurus, a large and powerful predator from the prehistoric era. This makes this fruit well-suited for combat purposes, since carnivorous Zoans are said to be fiercer fighters than non-carnivorous ones. While in full allosaurus form, he acquires a strong biting ability that can even damage the heavy armor of the aforementioned Pacifistas, which are said to be stronger than steel.
Drake has also shown that he is capable of using Busoshoku Haki when he easily defeated Caribou, a Logia user. He also possess the ability to use Kenbunshoku Haki.
#5 – Roronoa Zoro
Zoro is an extremely powerful master swordsman, being able to use one, two, and three swords in varying attack styles. He has immense superhuman physical prowess, particularly his strength and agility. He is generally considered to be above his peer and rival Vinsmoke Sanji, but just below the Straw Hat captain, Luffy.
To match his incredible strength, Zoro also has an immense tolerance to pain and astonishing amounts of stamina and endurance, evidenced by numerous situations he has thus far endured (Dracule Mihawk’s black sword slashing his chest, Kuma’s explosive Ursus Shock attack, etc..).
Zoro is one of the few people in the world who is capable of using all three forms of Haki.
Busoshoku Haki is Zoro’s main expertise concerning Haki, which has proven to be extremely proficient in, having mastered imbuement under Mihawk over the two-year timeskip, almost always using it in serious battles. He could imbue all three swords with Haki, turning them all into black blades.
On Wano, Zoro further displayed his mastery of Busoshoku Haki, hardened a stolen scythe, in addition to his two other katanas.
After testing out Enma, a sword notorious for draining all the “Ryuo” of weaker swordsmen, emaciating his arm, but Zoro retook all his Haki seconds later, then overcame it in three days.
In all the clashes against Kaido, Zoro hardened Enma, causing a black flame-like aura to exude from it, wounding him in his dragon form like Oden, members of the Nine Red Scabbards, and Luffy.
Reaching his limit, after tanking “Hakai” from them, Zoro strengthened his “Kyutoryu: Asura” using Busoshoku and Haoshoku Haki, which allowed him to leave a permanent scar on Kaido in his hybrid-dragon form.
Zoro can also use Kenbunshoku Haki and especially Haoshoku Haki, a very rare form of Haki whose users are stated to have the qualities of a king. As of now, this power has laid dormant within Zoro and he is unaware he possesses it; he was first noted to have used it by Kaido after the Emperor was struck by Zoro’s Kyutoryu attack.
