#8 – Urouge
Urouge, also known as Mad Monk is a pirate from a sky island and is the captain of the Fallen Monk Pirates. Urouge was strong enough to defeat one of Big Mom’s Four Sweet Commanders, who are second only to her in strength and authority amongst the elite pirate crew, although he was later defeated by another one of her Commanders, Charlotte Cracker. However despite his defeat, Urouge managed to survive and retreat. Urouge ate a Devil Fruit that allows him to convert damage inflicted onto him into strength, to the point of increasing his muscle and body size. Using this ability he was able to exceed a Pacifista’s body size and actually damage its body with punches, although he was still vulnerable to their lasers.
#7 – Basil Hawkins
Basil Hawkins known as the “Magician” is the captain of the Hawkins Pirates and. After encountering Kaido, he joined the Beasts Pirates and became one of the crew’s Headliners.
Hawkins ate the Wara Wara no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that enables him to redirect any instances of physical damage inflicted upon him to another person using straw voodoo dolls, leaving him unharmed but forcing his victim to take damage amounting to what he would have. The Devil Fruit also enables him to transform into a giant scarecrow-like entity, resembling a giant voodoo doll, with metal nails functioning as claws/fingernails.
Hawkins has great skill in swordsmanship supplemented with his Devil Fruit powers. He wields a sword created out of the straws produced by his power, allowing him to form a flexible yet sharp whip-like single-edged blade.
#6 – Roronoa Zoro
Zoro is an extremely powerful master swordsman, being able to use one, two, and three swords in varying attack styles. He has immense superhuman physical prowess, particularly his strength and agility. He is generally considered to be above his peer and rival Vinsmoke Sanji, but just below the Straw Hat captain, Luffy.
To match his incredible strength, Zoro also has an immense tolerance to pain and astonishing amounts of stamina and endurance, evidenced by numerous situations he has thus far endured (Dracule Mihawk’s black sword slashing his chest, Kuma’s explosive Ursus Shock attack, etc..).
Zoro has extraordinary mastery of Busoshoku Haki. After he received Enma in Wano, Zoro’s mastery in Busoshoku Haki is further shown when he forces his Haki back into his arm that was forcefully drained by Enma. Zoro is also very skilled in the use of Kenbunshoku Haki.
#5 – X Drake
X Drake is the Captain of the Marine Secret Special Unit SWORD, and the captain of the Drake Pirates, who defected from his position as rear admiral to go undercover as a pirate.
X Drake possesses the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Allosaurus, an Ancient Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to transform into an allosaurus hybrid and a full allosaurus at will.
The major strength of Drake’s fruit is that it allows him to turn into an allosaurus, a large and powerful predator from the prehistoric era. This makes this fruit well-suited for combat purposes, since carnivorous Zoans are said to be fiercer fighters than non-carnivorous ones. While in full allosaurus form, he acquires a strong biting ability that can even damage the heavy armor of the aforementioned Pacifistas, which are said to be stronger than steel.
Drake has also shown that he is capable of using Busoshoku Haki when he easily defeated Caribou, a Logia user.
