So, what if the mysterious man is instead Scopper Gaban? The hair matches.

You might say the hair color doesn’t match but there could easily be a coloring error. The mysterious man’s hair could be white and not blond.

It’s a matter of fact that Scopper Gaban has aged and therefore his hair may have turned white.
Furthermore Scopper Gaban is Crocus’ ex crewmate so it makes totally sense.
