Does Chapter 1121 confirm the existence of Shanks’ twin brother?

There has been a long-standing theory that Shanks has a twin. To recap.

In this 2019 interview, Oda was asked about there being “two of Shanks”. He could have said no… but instead he left it up to interpretation.

Question: “You might’ve been asked this thousands of times already, not sure, but is Shanks two different persons?”
“You know, since Shanks is sometimes drawn without his scar, plus he arrived at the Paramount War so quickly with unbelievable speed (despite having just
fought Kaido)…”

Oda: (censored)

“But you know, quite often, I just tend to forget to draw scars.”

You all remember when Shanks appeared at the end of Chapter 907. But is it really him?
His name isn’t mentioned. His hair is partially obscured. We don’t see his distinct scar. He’s wearing a hood when Shanks doesn’t usually wear one.

The introduction of the Holy Knights in Chapter 1083 shows a silhouette that readers quickly identified as similar to Shanks, right down to the weapon. It’s very unlikely that this was accidental.

The silhouetted character in Chapter 1121 possesses a similar saber to Garling and Shanks’. Which is to be expected, as it’s a trait of people in the Figarland clan.

Lastly, Film Red’s promotional volume revealed that at one years old, Shanks was found in a chest at God Valley by the Roger Pirates.
He’s not crying… he’s not silent… he’s laughing.
When you take into account the Celestial Dragons’ tendency to get rid of those who don’t take things seriously… wouldn’t it make sense for these two to have been separated at a young age?
