It’s been going on for a while in the One Piece community, people try to downplay everything Kid does. Just to remind you, Kid has been out here fighting since the raid started without a break. He is creative in his own way, using his devil fruit to adapt it to his fighting style being a brawler and a tank.
When Big Mom pulled her God of Lightning attack and zapping everyone left and right Kid was the only one who wasn’t hit directly. That is because his metal mecha gives him armor to protect himself from attacks. Also during the rooftop, whether you admit it or not, he did damage Kaido, with the latter was screaming from his attacks.
Kid also was the one who pushed Big Mom down from the roof with his powers, resulting in him fighting her with Law now.
Furthermore Kid awakened his devil fruit pulling Big Mom into a damn magnetic version of a Shinra Tensei, resulting in her calling out both Kid and Law and eating her own lifespan to powerup and getting serious.
And even this chapter he stole Big Mom’s Homies, created a metal mecha bigger than Bigger Mom and overpowered her again damaging her.
During the whole raid Kid has shown amazing physical abilities, with amazing tankiness, creativity with his devil fruit and high mastery of his devil fruit because only those that master their devil fruit to the top can awaken. All of this and he even hasn’t mastered Advanced Conqueror’s Haki yet.
