The Five Elders are a council of the five highest-ranking Celestial Dragons who act as the public heads of the World Government. They essentially hold the greatest authority over the world at large as far as public knowledge is concerned, although they secretly act as figureheads for the government’s shadow leader Imu, who occupies the Empty Throne.

From their first appearance to their official introduction, they have been unnamed the longest at 853 chapters as individuals of a group. Each of the Elders are named after planets: Saturn, Mars, Mercury, Venus, and Jupiter.
Based on their names, @MielTheMouse created an amazing crossover between the Five Elders and the Sailor Guardians from Sailor Moon series.
