Over a decade ago, Who’s Who served in the World Government’s CP9 agency, before his failure in a mission to guard the Gomu Gomu no Mi led to his dismissal from service and being imprisoned.
Upon escaping, Who’s-Who turned to piracy, becoming captain of his own crew before eventually joining the Beasts Pirates.
During Robin flashback we saw the old CP9 and I think the one here highlighted in red could easily be his father. Very similar hair color, the hat and the glasses resembles his current helmet and the lips are the same. Oda has done similar things in the past so, why not?
Who’s-Who says he was compared to Rob Lucci as importance. Also of this trio we knew about Spandine (Spandam’s father), Lusky (Kalifa’s father) but anything about third guy, even the name.
This was during Ohara incident 22 years ago. Who’s Who would have to be only 15/16 at the time (he is currently 38). Could this be his father?
