Kaido has the Dragon-Dragon Fruit, Model: Orochi?

So, I recently noticed that the Jolly Roger of Kaido of the Beasts(Hyakujū no Kaidō) has some pretty damn interesting details.

First, there are bones surrounding the skull, which is rather out of the ordinary. I was also questioning the meaning behind the symbols in the background, which is actually Kanji (八) and as I found out it has the meaning “eight“. I always thought that the Oni Oni no Mi was the most plausible out of all the theories but this somehow made me look up for other possible mythical Zoan fruit that Kaido could have and I have found something very interesting.

Straight out of japanese mythology, the 8-headed snake Yamata no Orochi or the 8-headed and 8-tailed Japanese dragon Orochi jumped right in my face and I believe that Kaido’s Jolly Roger strongly implies that this creature is the King of the Beasts’ power.  So Kaido could have the Dragon-Dragon Fruit, Model: Orochi.

I am sure that I am not the first person to find this out but nonetheless I wanted to share it. Thanks for reading!
