The second theory is that Momonsuke’s devil fruit is a result of directly using Kaido’s Lineage factor to produce.
This theory assumes that Kaido is not a devil fruit holder, but an Oni capable of transforming into a dragon.
Remember the stuff about “Kintaro”. In Kintaro’s story Kintaro was active and indefatigable, plump and ruddy, wearing only a bib with the kanji for “gold” on it. His weapon was a hatchet (ono or masakari). He was bossy. He was also phenomenally strong, able to smash rocks into pieces, was good at sumo, and his yamauba mother she could repel stuff with the force generated from her hands. Sounds familiar?
Remember Sentomaru? The guy who controlled the PXs and worked directly under Vegapunk. He is heavily based of Kintaro, and I believe he is from Wano. He is the first character in the series to have his name written in kanji. Other characters who have names written in Kanji are all characters from Wano. His use of haki is similar to the Ryu of Wano.
We know that Vegapunk and Judge worked on Lineage Factor, a key part of making artificial devil fruits together. We know that Judge was able to clone using Lineage Factor, and Caesar to make SMILEs using Lineage Factor. Couldn’t Vegapunk have cloned Kaido’s or his Lineage Factor into a devil fruit. We know that artificial devil fruits use “beasts” lineage factor, which is why they are all zone. Which may explain Momonosuke’s devil fruit and show that Kaido does not have a devil fruit.
We know that queen knows judge in recent chapters, which may mean Queen is also a scientist. How did Vegapunk clone Kaido’s Lineage? The answer is Sentomaru, whom is from Wano and probably worked for Kaido alongside Queen.
In Momotaro story variations, he is “born out of a peach” > consuming Kaido’s linage factor devil fruit almost “gave life” to a new person in Momonuske > he is a peach dragon.
