As many have noticed the Whitebeard vs Shanks clash is very similar to the Big Mom vs Kaido clash.

- The clouds splitting;
- Big Mom and Shanks asking the first in command to join their crew;
- A Yonko going into another Yonko’s territory (Shanks’ visit was a bit more friendly).

If we compare these two events with one another then Kaido = Whitebeard and Big Mom = Shanks. I think this foreshadows Kaido’s death. Considering Kaido is the Whitebeard of this situation then it is probably safe to assume he dies.
