The last chapter was probably the best drawn and most dynamic looking fight chapter in One Piece, making a Donut Mochi Man vs Rubber Snake Man fight look so menacing. Not a lot of dialogues but the fight has no doubt been the most intense fight in the series. Hands down.
As for Luffy’s Snakeman form, it’s what I expect it to be – thin, long, more movement, and most importantly, it’s the basis for Luffy’s speed attacks which is what he needs to counter Katakuri’s Observation Haki abilities.
While we saw all Luffy’s new moves, Katakuri decided that he wants to be a doughnut and unleashes his ultimate move, his Diced Mochi attack was crazy.
And he looks like a freaking monster here.
The chapter ends with the two making one last explosive clash. I am actually curious as to what the outcome was. Can’t wait for the next chapter!
