Oda is officially going on break for a month due to an upcoming eye surgery. ONE PIECE will be on hiatus from Weekly Shonen Jump No. 29 to No. 32, which will be released the week after next, due to Oda-sensei’s eye surgery. In addition, it will be posted as usual in the 28th issue, which will be released next week.
Oda’s Message:
I am going to have surgery to correct my astigmatism because it is interfering with my work. I have been discussing this with Shonen Jump chief editor since last year and will be taking 4 weeks off. I will be able to beam out of my eyes.

The serialization is scheduled to resume in issue 33, which will be released on Tuesday, July 18th.
