World Government | 50-150 chapters
Every nation Luffy has ever saved will stand by his side in the end. Luffy might fight Akainu and he will defeat Im Sama in the end.
It will be the absolute climax and I think it will be absolutely overwhelming in terms of fights, characters and overall action.
The Red Line and Mary Geoise are also likely to get destroyed and in the end the whole world will be freed from the corruption of the World Government.
Post-War Arc/Final Arc | 20-30 chapters
After defeating the World Government the Straw Hats and everyone else will have the biggest banquet of all time. The whole world will be partying together and it’s just a great ending. Then we get a 20 year timeskip and we’ll see what every Straw Hat does.
I would love to see a few clashes in the end. For example between Luffy and Katakuri, Luffy and Kid and most importantly Luffy and Coby. People underestimate Coby. He’s far away from Luffy’s current strength, but they will be equal in the end.
It would be incredibly cool to see that clash in the last chapter of One Piece. Coby appeared as one of the first characters in the manga and I feel like people forget his relevance in the story. He will be the Fleet Admiral in the end. He will change the whole organisation to the better. Another high position I can imagine for a character is something like the Leader of the World Government. And after the Revolutionary Army took over the Government they’ll also change it to the better. I think Sabo will be some kind of a leader in the end. Unlike Im Sama, Sabo won’t have all of the decisive power.
He will lead the organisation, but he won’t control it. Luffy will be the King of the Pirates and will travel the seas with his Nakama. I absolutely don’t like the theory of Luffy dying in the end. The world will have changed completely. The high positioned Marines will know how Luffy really is. And even if he is a troublemaker, they will know that he was the man who saved and changed the world and they won’t agree to him beeing executed.
And even if Luffy somehow gets in the position of having to face the execution scaffold, he will escape in a weird way and Coby will have a bright grin on his face because he doesn’t want Luffy to die. It’s just how One Piece is. Luffy is very similar to Roger, but I am sure that he won’t die in the same way as Roger did.
