Scopper Gaban is waiting at Lodestar Island
During the Wano Arc we have seen the Roger Pirates reaching the last island in the Grand Line, Laugh Tale which supposedly holds the treasure One Piece.
Roger and his crew’s reaction upon finding Joy Boy’s treasure was simply laughter. This led Roger to name the island after what he considered a “funny story”, referring to whatever happened to Joy Boy.
We see 5 notable characters who discovered the truth behind the Void Century, the Ancient Weapons, and the family of “D.”: Gol D. Roger, Silvers Rayleigh, Kozuki Oden, Scopper Gaban & Crocus with 2 of them being dead, while 1 is missing and 2 are alive & retired.
Both Rayleigh & Crocus help Pirates on their Journey by staying in both Reverse Mountain & Sabaody so if Scopper is alive, I expect him to be in another important Island waiting to guide too, and the only Island in my mind is Lodestar Island, the second to last island in the Grand Line.
