People have been speculating about this for a long time, but I think we finally have evidence thanks to Oden’s flashback.
Oden traveled to Laugh Tale and learnt the truth behind many things, such as the Ancient Weapons, Joy Boy, Wano and his own family.
He discovered that Kozukis closed Wano off from the rest of the world to protect it from a great power – most likely Im and the World Government – and that it had to be reopened when Joy Boy returns so he could receive Wano’s help in the great war.
This implies there’s something special about Wano itself. Even Sengoku suggested it shortly before Oden’s flashback.
Well, if something was hidden in Wano 800 years ago, something that had to be used in war, it would certainly be ancient and a weapon… maybe the Ancient Weapon Uranus, the only Ancient Weapon that’s unaccounted for so far?
