5 – YAMATO

Yamato ate the Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Okuchi no Makami, a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to transform into a hybrid and full version of an ancient wolf deity at will.
As noted by Kaidou, said wolf is the “Guardian Deity of Wano”, making this Zoan particularly valuable.
The transformation greatly bolsters the user’s physical abilities and, as a carnivorous Zoan, presumably bestows heightened predatory instincts, on top of equipping the user with canine fangs and claws well-suited for combat. More specifically, the wolf deity form seems to come with a dramatic increase in physical strength, in Yamato’s case enough to let her clash near-evenly with her father Kaidou, an Emperor of the Sea, while the latter has assumed his extremely powerful human-dragon form.
Moreover, as with other fruits of the Mythical Zoan variety, this one blesses the user with at least one special ability: in particular, the user is enabled to produce cold and ice, which they can expel as blasts from their mouth or otherwise make appear from their body.

4 – MARCO THE PHOENIX

Marco ate the Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix, a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit which allows the user to transform into a phoenix hybrid and full phoenix at will.
While this fruit’s power is classified as a Zoan, due to the uniqueness of the phoenix, the additional powers it grants may be considered similar to those of Paramecia (the somewhat “superhuman” power that affects the user’s body: regeneration) and Logia (the generation of blue phoenix flames).
This Devil Fruit gives the user increased physical attributes (as is with all Zoan types) and the rare ability of flight, as well as the possibility of launching aerial attacks.
The fruit’s greatest attribute, however, is that by transforming into a phoenix of blue flames at will, the user can regenerate any wounds with the blue fire they generate, much like how a phoenix is said to rise from its own ashes.
These blue flames are not hot and they do not burn or spread like normal fire; instead, they are what allow the user to heal, though there is a limit to the regeneration and are referred to as the “Blue Flames of Resurrection”. Due to their “special” nature they are superior in potency to normal fire, proven when Marco overpowered and caused pain to Prometheus, a “special” fire homie made from Big Mom’s soul. On top of self-healing, the phoenix flames may be applied to other living targets in order to mend them (even many at once if the user manually spreads out their fire by, for example, swirling their wings), but in that capacity to heal others, the flames have a smaller effect.

3 – SENGOKU THE BUDDHA

Sengoku ate the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Daibutsu, a rarer-than-Logia Mythical Zoan-class Devil Fruit which allows its user to transform into a Daibutsu (a giant gold Buddha) at will.
The main strength of this fruit is that it allows the user to transform into a giant, living, golden Buddha, gaining an extreme boost in strength to match his size. In this form, Sengoku’s limbs grow out of proportion, giving him abnormally large arms and relatively tiny legs. His entire body takes on a solid gold hue, (grey color in Gigant Battle); in addition to a full and hybrid transformation that are available to all Zoan Devil Fruit users, he can use palm thrusts to launch powerful shock waves.

2 – KAIDO

Kaido ate the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu, a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to transform into a hybrid and full version of an Azure Dragon at will.
As with all Zoans, the user’s transformation significantly boosts their physical abilities.
Beside the transformation itself, the fruit bestows multiple supernatural abilities, the most out of any Mythical Zoan seen so far. The most prominent of these is the power to conjure Flame Clouds, with which the user can travel through the air by using them as footholds, effectively enabling flight; also, the Flame Clouds can be used to lift other objects, including entire islands, into the air and move them, for extended periods even and while using their other powers simultaneously.
In addition, the user can create and control various elements as a dragon, both in their full Beast and Human-Beast Form. The most commonly seen element used is fire. Aside from flames, the user can launch lightning bolts while roaring and cutting blades of wind while blowing, on top of stirring up strong, fast-rotating tornados.

1 – MONKEY D. LUFFY

Luffy has eaten the Gomu Gomu no Mi, originally known as the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika, a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to transform into the legendary “Sun God” Nika and gain his attributes, namely a body with the properties of rubber.
The fruit’s major strength, as demonstrated by Luffy, is that the user’s body permanently adopts the properties of rubber: their body can stretch, bend, bounce, inflate, and twist like said substance, even when the user himself is nullified.
Once the fruit is awakened, the user undergoes a drastic transformation. Their hair becomes fiery and white, their eyes become more manic-like, and they gain a strange wisp around their body. They also gain the ability to freely alter their physique however they desire, being able to inflate their muscles without the need to blow air into them. In addition, they can alter the environment around them in a similar way, such as using the ground to deflect oncoming attacks. This also extends to living beings, as Luffy can manipulate flesh as if it were rubbery. Similar to previous developments of him using the fruit, Luffy dubs his awakening Gear 5. Kaidou likens the awakening of the Gomu Gomu no Mi to being like a Paramecia’s awakening while simultaneously displaying a Zoan’s ability to transform.
According to the Five Elders, the fruit had not been awakened for centuries prior to Luffy’s having done so. They consider that preventing the fruit from awakening might be worth incurring the wrath of Kaidou, one of the Four Emperors, suggesting that they greatly fear the fruit’s power.
