10 – WOSHU WOSHU NO MI
The main strength of the Woshu Woshu no Mi Devil Fruit is that it allows Tsuru to “wash and hang out to dry” people and objects as if they were clothes. This seems to render her victims unable to fight back or move. According to Oda, “villains who have been dried get their hearts a little bit cleaner as well; their evil hearts become fainter, so that’s a dangerous ability against pirates”.
The fact that Doflamingo was scared of Tsuru says a lot about how strong her powers were.
9 – BISU BISU NO MI
Like other Paramecia fruits, the Bisu Bisu no Mi lets the user conjure up near-limitless amounts of a certain substance: in this case, biscuit material. Such can be manipulated in many ways, as the user may shape biscuits into humanoid figures that look and move extremely lifelike, as well as weapons, mostly by crushing their biscuits into fine crumbs and powder to condense and mold into whatever they desire. As further demonstrated by Cracker, a user could even manipulate said humanoid figures from within and supplement them, such as adding extra limbs. The biscuits are, or can be made, superhard akin to hardtack and, especially if enhanced by Busoshoku Haki, can serve as incredibly tough armor/shields
The Bisu Bisu no Mi is hands down one of the most powerful defensive devil fruits we have seen.
8 – SUNA SUNA NO MI
This Suna Suna no Mi allows the user to generate, control and transform into large quantities of sand. Once transformed into their element, the user can let normal physical attacks and non-Seastone projectiles pass through their body to prevent harm or fly around by transforming their lower body into jets of flowing sand, giving them a massive advantage in defense and mobility during combat or pursuit. Sand also becomes the user’s primary form of offense, manifesting itself in the form of sand blades and destructive sandstorms.
Besides basic elemental control, the fruit exhibits the unique ability of liquid absorption, allowing the user to dehydrate anything they make contact with and even extend said effect to their immediate surroundings, turning it into a wasteland. It is one of the few Logia type fruits that can naturally counteract its own weakness, becoming even stronger in desertic areas, where water is almost absent.
7 – HORU HORU NO MI
The Horu Horu no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that grants the user the ability to create and control special hormones that can affect anyone they strike by however the user desires, making the user a Hormone Controlling Human. It was eaten by Emporio Ivankov.
The major strength of the fruit, as demonstrated by Iva, is to create and manipulate special hormones. These hormones can manipulate various aspects of a person such as gender, body temperature, pigmentation, growth, and even emotional state. The hormones can also be used to greatly increase a person’s battle capabilities through healing and energizing. By turning four of their fingers into syringes and stabbing a person, the user is able to inject these hormones and change the person on a genetic level to whatever the user desires. This process can also be used by the user on themselves to aid them.
6 – HOBI HOBI NO MI
The main strength of the Hobi Hobi no Mi’s power is that it allows the user to transform other people or animals into toys by touching them, while also erasing people’s memories of their existence.
The memory erasure effect is instantaneous, as even spectators who witness the transformation first hand instantly forget the victims’ existence, instead believing the toys suddenly appeared out of nowhere. No matter how famous the victim was or how close they were to other people, the victim will be completely forgotten by everyone. The toys are still able to remember their own identities, but they will not remember anyone else who has been turned into a toy as well.
Upon transforming a person into a toy, the user can create a contract with the victims, forcing them to follow every order given at that point, against their will. Given the fact that the victims are completely forgotten, this makes them much easier to enslave as there would be no-one to remember and thus attempt to rescue them.
Another effect of this fruit is that it halts the user’s aging process upon consumption, effectively granting eternal youth.
