10- JINBE
Jinbe is one of the 4 strongest fighters among the Straw Hat Pirates. Even for a Fish-man, Jinbe possesses tremendous strength. Alongside Jack, he is amongst the most powerful Fish-man seen thus far.
Jinbe’s skill in Fish-Man Karate has become so immense that his strikes do not even need to make physical contact with an enemy as the water particles in the air will blow them away after a few seconds of time from the attack’s initiation. He displays the ability to skillfully manipulate water as if it were a tangible cloth through Fish-Man Karate, even using it to attack from a distance. He can cause devastating damage with this kind of technique.
Jinbe is an extremely skilled and powerful user of Armament Haki. For five days straight, he fought evenly against Ace, an extremely powerful Logia Devil Fruit. Jinbe also defended against an attack from Big Mom’s Cognac for some time without damaging his arms. Jinbe is also one of the few people with the ability to coat his entire body with Armament Haki. Jinbe is powerful enough to defend against Who’s Who Ancient Zoan enhanced Rokushiki techniques which are also strengthened with Busoshoku Haki such as Shigan Madara and Gagan with only minor injuries. Jinbe’s Haki has shown to be stronger than Who’s-Who’s, breaking the latter’s fingers as well as crushing the latter’s wrists with a Haki-enhanced Soshark.
9- RED SCABBARDS
The Red Scabbards are a formidable group of fighters led by Kin’emon. Their strength has been acknowledged by likes of Kaidou, one of the Four Emperors.
Through teamwork and improved strength and skills of the respective members after 20 years, they were able to fight against the Emperor Kaidou and even dealt considerable injury to the latter, a feat that only Oden achieved 20 years prior.
Jack, an All-Star of the Beasts Pirates who had personally fought at least three of its members, considered them far stronger than the Tobiroppo, even well near death.
8- KILLER
“Massacre Soldier” Killer is a member of the Kid Pirates. His style of fighting seems to rely mainly on agility and speed, which he uses to overpower his opponent before they can strike him, or to dodge attacks. Killer possesses immense physical strength, being capable of fighting head on with Urouge at Sabaody Archipelago and with Zoro at Wano Country, with Zoro even remarking on his strength during their battle. He was able to overwhelm Basil Hawkins with little to no damage until he took Kid as hostage.
Killer is seen wielding a pair of gauntlets equipped with scythe-like blades, which he dubs “Punishers”. The blades are capable of spinning around like buzzsaws or simply being used as hand scythes. These weapons can also be used to block other weapons, leaving the foe open for Killer to kick the enemy’s flank or other exposed areas. If spinned at enough speed, the Punishers can generate powerful soundwaves to inflict damage to its target from the inside. This, combined with the agility he has so far displayed in combat and the notion that he is not afraid to kill, makes him a formidable foe. Killer even managed to hurt Kaido with these weapons, a feat only a few people were capable of.
7- VINSMOKE SANJI
“Black Leg” Sanji is one of the top four fighters in the Straw Hat Pirates crew alongside Luffy, Zoro, and Jinbe.
Due to years of extremely hard training under Zeff since childhood, Sanji has gained extraordinary superhuman physical prowess, speed, and agility, which enables him to use an array of handstands for a kick-based martial art, which makes him immensely versatile in combat.
Diable Jambe is the latest addition to Sanji’s original fighting style, where he heats up his leg, adding extreme heat to the impact of his kicks. In this form, Sanji, due to the high temperature has the ability to burn his opponents.
In his fight with Queen, Sanji awakened the same genetic enhancements as his siblings, gaining an Exoskeleton and superhuman physical constitution, including accelerated healing.
Sanji has become fast enough to the point where he seemed to vanish right in front of Queen right before attacking him and can seemingly turn invisible without his Raid Suit. As his enhancements were complete, Sanji has shown far greater power in his fighting style, able to knock down Queen with immense power and develops fighting techniques that would have been physically impossible for him to do before.
During the Wano Country Arc, Sanji revealed Ifrit Jambe, a new enhanced version of Diable Jambe. It is the result from the awakening of his genetic enhancements combined with his trained Busoshoku Haki increasing his leg’s strength and endurance. With this new technique, Sanji’s legs can withstand much hotter temperature and are thus capable of generating much stronger flames, a feat he would have been unable to achieve without his newfound powers.
Sanji has trained his Observation Haki to an extremely high level.
He also possesses the ability to use Armament Haki.
6- MARCO THE PHOENIX
Marco the Phoenix is the former 1st division commander of the Whitebeard Pirates. He is a very strong individual, as he demonstrated in the Marineford War that he was on a similar level of fighting as the three Admirals. He was fully capable of fighting admirals Kizaru, Aokiji, and Akainu while holding his own.
Marco the Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix, a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit which allows him to transform into a phoenix, granting him the ability to fly.
While this fruit’s power is classified as a Zoan, due to the uniqueness of the phoenix, the additional powers it grants may be considered similar to those of Paramecia (the somewhat “superhuman” power that affects the user’s body: regeneration) and Logia (the generation of light-blue phoenix flames).
The fruit’s greatest attribute, however, is that Marco can recover from any damage he accumulates in his human form by reverting to his phoenix, or hybrid phoenix form, or just by summoning blue flames around his body. These blue flames are not hot and they do not burn or spread like normal fire; instead, they are what allow him to heal, and are referred to as the “Blue Flames of Resurrection”. Furthermore, the healing properties of his blue flames can also be used to treat other beings, albeit to a more limited extent, allowing Marco to act as an efficient doctor. Though the phoenix flames do not burn or spread like normal fire, they are still considered a special form of flame much more potent than normal fire, proven when Marco overpowered Big Mom’s “special” fire homie Prometheus, the phoenix fire causing the latter pain.
During the raid on Onigashima, Marco effectively held off and overpowered the two All-Stars King and Queen—Kaidou’s two strongest combatants—at once, although Marco did state that fighting the two was difficult, and he sustained some light injuries amid the engagement until eventually, temporarily succumbing to exhaustion.
