Joy Boy was an extremely relevant figure of the Void Century who played an important role in the history of Fish-Man Island and left behind a certain item of unimaginable value on the last island of the Grand Line.
Due to Kozuki Oden expecting Joy Boy to reappear 900 years after his last known appearance and King thinking that Kaido could have been such a figure, “Joy Boy” likely refers to a title or identity someone can attain.
After Luffy was defeated by Kaido on the Skull Dome rooftop, Zunesha proclaimed that it can hear the “Drums of Liberation” and that Joy Boy has returned.

Based on his single, silhouetted appearance, Nika seemed to be a lanky, warrior-like figure with noodly limbs and flame-shaped hair.
According to the legend heard by Who’s-Who, Nika was a heroic, benevolent figure who was a friend to slaves. It was said that Nika would one day come for the slaves to liberate them from their oppressive masters and bring smiles to their faces.
Nika was once revered as the Sun God by slaves from ancient times. It is, however, unknown if such a figure actually existed or not.
