#19 – BAKKIN & TSURU
Miss Bakkin is a former pirate and is the self-proclaimed lover of Edward Newgate and is the mother of Edward Weevil, one of the Shichibukai. She’s 76 years old.
“Great Staff Officer” Tsuru is a Marine Headquarters vice admiral. She’s 76 years old.
#18 – SILVERS RAYLEIGH – MONKEY D. GARP – CHINJAO
Silvers Rayleigh, also known as the “Dark King”, is the former first mate of the Roger Pirates, known as the “Right Hand of the Pirate King”. He’s 78 years old (his birthday is May 13th).
Monkey D. Garp is a Marine vice admiral. He is the father of Monkey D. Dragon, the paternal grandfather of Monkey D. Luffy and the adoptive grandfather of Portgas D. Ace. He’s 78 years old too (his birthday is May 2nd).
Chinjao is a former pirate, the leader of the Chinjao Family, and the retired 12th leader of the Happo Navy. He’s 78 years old.
#17 – SENGOKU
Sengoku the Buddha was the fleet admiral of the Marines pre-timeskip, succeeding Kong and preceding Akainu. He’s 79 years old.
#16 – MOTHER CARMEL
Mother Carmel was a child trafficker dealing in orphans who operated in the Underworld several decades ago. She took care of a young Charlotte Linlin, who would later go on to become the Yonko Big Mom. She was 80 years old.
