One of the “Tobiroppo” of the Beast Pirates. She has a fearless attitude toward everyone, including the Governor-General, Kaidou. She has a tendency to use a rough tone of voice and snap if she doesn’t like something, causing everyone around her to cringe on a daily basis. She dotes on her younger brother, Page One, and calls him “Pay-Pay” as a term of endearment. She won’t tolerate anyone making fun of her younger brother, even if they are of a higher rank. But in reality, he is a young man who is constantly being undermined by his pushy older sister. He tries to argue with her, but every time he does, she threatens to double down.

A member of the “Tobiroppo”, the top brass of the Beast pirates. He is always cool and competent, and is trusted by his henchmen. He used to be a member of CP9, and was of the same generation as Jabra. However, after a failed mission, he escaped form the government but was caught and imprisoned. After escaping from prison and working as a pirate captain, he joined the Beast pirates. He is currently rooted in the Felidae Café/Cat Café on the fourth floor of Onigashima Castle, showing his loyalty to Kaidou. However, he is an ambitious man who aims to become a Lead Performer whenever he can.

It seems that he has met Jinbe during his time as a Warlord of the Sea. Will his true face underneath the mask give us a clue to his history?
