Doflamingo has always hidden his eyes behind some form of frames even in flashbacks to his youth. His eyes have been scarcely seen; his right eye has been glimpsed twice — once after waking up from a nightmare and again after his glasses were broken t the end of his fight with Luffy.

Recently Oda answered a SBS question about the mystery of Doffy’s glasses and his blind left eye.
Question: “If Doflamingo took off his glasses, how would he look like?”
Oda: “Another glasses appear under the glasses instantly.”
